NEVER PAY HOURLY FEES AGAIN
Divorce attorneys charge clients on an hourly basis and these fees can end up exceeding $50,000 or more.
Charging by the hour for divorce services could be perceived as a conflict of interest, professionals working for an hourly fee may extend the divorce process and ultimately the client ends up paying more. By contrast, if they speed things along they will lose money. We do not believe this is a fair system of justice; therefore, we feel we are pioneers by changing the way fees are charged
•Prenuptial and post nuptial mediations
We charge a flat fee for all prenuptial and post nuptial mediations of $3500. We chose a flat fee program for the benefit of our clients.
•Post Modifications
This fee includes the entire divorce regardless of time that we spend on your case and the post divorce for any modifications that are needed in the future.
FREE OF CHARGE FOR LIFE
Both parties are entitled to full disclosure during the mediation process. All financial's including pension accounts, business records, joint or individual accounts and commissions must be disclosed at the request of the other party.
